Welcome to Top Of Ohio Wings rides and events section of our website. It is Chapter B purpose to bring safe and fun rides back to Bellefontaine and central Ohio. Not just the same rides year after year. Chapter B has one of the biggest staffs and memberships in Ohio and maybe the tri-states. Chapter B welcomes any and all makes and models motorcycles. Plus you don't have to be a member to ride with us. Just come and ride. You will see just how much fun you will have.
